Modern Music Producer Program with Certification | London

Designed for the aspiring songwriter/producer to take them from fiddling around in Garage Band to producing and writing hit-sounding songs of popular genres of music in the professional’s music production software of choice, Logic Pro X. The total course length is 120 hours (+ studio time), and is a combination of hands-on learning and mentoring. By the end of your course, you will have completed your EP to show off along with your Garnish Certification.

Learn Logic Pro X, and all the add-ons included in this incredibly powerful DAW from the ground up, leaving no stone unturned, ensuring you know how to use the tools included effectively and efficiently to produce the music at the quality you are used to hearing by your favorite artists.

Strategically placed mentoring sessions ensure you get time to work on your music, which will not only help you assimilate the content but, with hard work, you’ll come out at the end with your very own EP.

Working in groups of no more than eight, this course will fast-track you to writing and producing the music you love, with like-minded instructors and fellow learners, in a relaxed setting, organically laying the foundations for co-writing opportunities in the future. Learning to write and produce should be fun and not frustrating! Get connected and join our new Logic Pro X Facebook user group here.

VIP Short Course Pass means that you can add any of our shorter 36-hour courses (Ableton, DJ, Mixing…) for you or a friend to take at a later date. You can even choose London, LA, NYC or San Francisco to take the class. As long as the course you choose exists and is running in the location, you get a spot!

Many learners these days prefer to use their own laptops on our courses for things like getting help customizing their set-up, and they have their project exactly as they left it in class to work on at home. So we made the course more affordable, but added a £100 supplement for learners who wish to hire an iMac loaded with software. Please ensure you book an iMac when you book your course if you need one. Controller keyboards, and headphones are provided for everyone.

Testimonials

Being from a songwriting and artist background, I was keen to learn the production side in Logic. The instructors were amazing, and I felt they explained things in a language I could understand. Now I am zipping around it almost as comfortably as I am when writing a song!

Natasha Bedingfield

It's nice to be taught by professionals in the industry with experience and knowledge, as opposed to teachers who's institution say they are but they are not really! The course has definitely improved the way I see and use my music production.

Isa GT

It’s a great school and have great teachers. Some schools care only about fancy gear in the classroom and forget about the essential: the teachers!

João Gama

The course is well taught and covers a lot of ground… good tips and tricks included from a top industry professional.

Ben Hurd

As someone from a teaching background, I was impressed with the structure of the course, how well it has been planned and how the tutors really care about giving you as much information as they can, generously imparting tricks & tips and sharing their experience and knowledge. You take in as much as you can and what is relevant to you. I certainly have come away with a few gems that will improve my recording work as a singer songwriter and also make me more efficient in Logic. I loved it!
