Aamir Yaqub

Aamir Yaqub is a London-based producer, GRAMMY® Award-winning engineer, and songwriter. Aamir began his journey at Leeds College of Music where he received his BA and MA in Music Production. In 2012 Aamir began working at the prestigious Metropolis Studios, London, where he collaborated with a number of respected GRAMMY® Award-winning artists, producers and engineers including Rihanna, David Guetta, Ne-Yo, Will.I.Am and Sia, as well as with major labels, publishers and brands. He currently works freelance at studios around London, continuing his great work with both local and international music professionals.

Alex Von Soos

Alex Von Soos

Alex Von Soos is a hugely experienced hit songwriter and producer. He is a trained classical pianist and has spent many years analysing the theory behind hit songs. His own successes include a UK No.1 Hit with the All Saints (Black Coffee), a recent K-Pop No.1 (XIA) and cuts by Atomic Kitten and many other artists worldwide, selling more than 6 million records in the process. Alex has worked with-and learned from-some of the most prolific hit writers and producers in the business including Narada Michael Walden (Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey), Cathy Dennis (Britney Spears, Katy Perry), Wayne Hector (One Direction, Westlife) and Cameron Blackwood (George Ezra, London Grammar). His songwriting trips have taken him to Nashville, LA, New York, Berlin and Stockholm. He has been signed to major record (Warners) and publishing (Universal) deals and more than 100 of his songs are currently generating royalties which is proof that the system he teaches works! Ali Jamieson

Ali Jamieson

Ali Jamieson is a producer, remixer, record label owner, DJ and songwriter. Having released on Sup Peeps Records, Empire State, Mortar and Pestle, Neonized, Electronic Rumours, Los Grandes, Sunlinxx and La Valigetta. With over 10 years in the music industry, he's worked at leading studios including Strongroom and Bonafide, mastering suites (Red Light Post and Air Post) and sound design agencies (Sample Magic). He runs London indie outfit Heavy Disco Records and writes for Future Music Magazine. As an educator, he's grade 8 LCM music theory and Tobin Music trained associate.

Anthony Traynor

Anthony Traynor

Anthony Traynor is a celebrated and multifaceted creative, with a proven track record of high-level commercial success in diverse fields. An experienced lecturer and facilitator, with entrepreneurial drive, and a deep calling to create. He lectured on Ableton music production in Vancouver, Canada at some of Vancouvers leading music institutions. Most notably he co-wrote the Ableton Live EMP course currently being implemented at SAE Vancouver. He also created and hosted a series of courses on Ableton at Whistler Arts Council, Whistler BC and appeared as a visiting lecturer at SAE Australia, when touring through the southern hemisphere.

Flaminia Agrimi

Flaminia Agrimi

Originally from Rome, London-based artist Flaminia has built a style characterised by melancholic melodies and broken beats, drawing out a sound that's heavily inspired by her love for techno and experimental electronic. Merging the two genres together, she creates sonic worlds that allow you to get lost in strong distortions and haunting atmospheres. Her main focus is on performing live, using a variety of hardware drum machines, synths, her own voice and Ableton Live DAW.

Gareth Cox

Gareth Cox

Gareth Cox has been producing electronic music since the age of 11. Earning his industry stripes working a Pro Tools engineer with the “Lo-Fidelity Allstars” in Brighton. Here he worked alongside the likes of Will Quantic and Indian Ropeman. A drummer & recording artist in his own right, Gareth has DJ'd and performed live around Europe with his own productions mostly drawing influence from the Techno, Hardcore and IDM genres. He has released music on various labels, from Jalapeño Records and BECAUSE Music, had number 1 ranked mixes on Mixcloud, and appeared in the 'Secret 13' Art Journal. Gareth has remixed work for Rae & Christian, 1210 and Denai Moore and currently releases on his own vinyl imprint 'Zodiac Wax' as Houses of Joy and other aliases.

Haris Čustović

Haris Čustović (MA Sound Arts) is a musician, composer, sound designer, music producer and Laus Music label founder. He works is in the field of contemporary and electro-acoustic music, using various musical instruments and digital technology. Passionate about experimenting with audio and video media, he achieves his sound by using techniques of transformation / fusion of organic and synthetic material, challenging genre classification and moving borders of set musical forms. His releases regularly receive great feedback and top support from djs and fans worldwide. In his audiovisual work, Haris deeply explores interaction of sound and image. In his career, with over 100 original releases, remixes and compilation licences, Haris performed at many prestige stages across the globe and has been a guest DJ on many music stations. Custovic is also an educator and supports talent development. He is active composer, writing music for international media industry. His dj set is a fluidly pieced, dynamic combination of pulsating polyrhythms, rolling basses, unusual and melodic and vocal lines. It shows feelings of deepness and drive, lightness and darkness, tension and release – offering one energetic, uplifting and emotive experience.

Marcello Amousement Ruggiu

Marcello Amousement Ruggiu

Marcello Ruggiu is a London-based sound engineer and music producer, who went freelance in 2006 for live events and studio sessions. He started making music with his computer at the age of sixteen, mixing his passion for breakbeats with his experiments in sound design under the artist name Amousement. He creates a texture of Electronic, Bass Music and Melodic Breakcore. He has released tracks for respected labels around the world including Altosync, Till2012, Sociopath, Sostanze, Irma, and Pandead. In 2009 he become an Ableton Certified Trainer leading workshops and music production courses all around the country.

Nick Powell

Nick Powell

After graduating from the ever vibrant Goldsmiths University in 2011, Nick Powell began his journey into engineering and studio work. He has had the pleasure of working alongside artists such as Richard Fearless, The Comet Is Coming, The Invisible and Matthew Herbert. He currently mixes/masters from his production studio in South East London as well as being an engineer for Goldsmiths Music Studio in New Cross.

Pete Gleadall

Pete Gleadall

Pete Gleadall has made records with George Michael, Madonna, Take That, Robbie Williams, David Bowie and many others. Logic is the centre of his work flow when collaborating with artists like U2 and producers like Trevor Horn. Pete is equally at home in the studio as he is on stage, and recently on the Pet Shop Boys "Pandemonium" tour, he was the musical director and was also nominated for a Grammy for his engineering work with them too. Pete's dance music productions have been to number 1 in the Billboard dance charts many times, and he has collaborated with some of the business' biggest names including Danny Tenaglia, Clive Henry (Peace Division - DC10) Smokin' Jo and Tom Stephan (Superchumbo) to name but a few.

Russ Yallop

Russ Yallop is a producer, DJ, remixer and audio engineer.  He has over 1 million plays on Spotify and has released music on house labels such as Hot Creations, Crosstown Rebels, Snatch!, and Avotre where he released an album to critical acclaim.  He has been touring globally for over a decade with appearances at world famous elite venues such as London’s Fabric, Berlin’s Watergate and Tokyo’s Womb, with Ibiza residencies for Circo Loco, Paradise and Elrow, along with appearances at festivals such as Tomorrowland, Glastonbury and Creamfields.  As an engineer he has well over 100 client releases on some of the biggest underground labels in the scene.

Tomáš Kašpar

Tomáš Kašpar

Tomáš spent several years as a guitarist and musician in bands Junk Son & Laucan, which saw UK & EU support tours with artists including Ghostpoet, Maribou State & Sam Amidon. Since 2017 his love for the studio has focussed his time on engineering and production, working as an Engineer at Goldsmiths Music Studios. During this time, he has worked with artists including Leifur James (Night Time Stories), Arlo Day (Domino) and Don’t Forget the Driver (BBC2). Tomáš is involved in running regular recording sessions and teaching students Ableton, Logic and studio engineering practice alongside his role as workshop leader with Lewisham-based youth music project Alchemy.
